If & when you loose by trial by delcleration, your left to fend for yourself. If you don't send them the certificate of the lost case within 10 days (not working days, how convinient) you won't get any money back. If your in my situation, send me a private message & I'll send you a similar template these companies use.

TL;DR Your better off fighting tickets yourself.
